Compared to the regular 2-day course, this 3-day course enables the trainer team to deep dive on the fundamentals of Product Ownership in Scrum and at the same time practice many tools and techniques relevant for great product ownership. The trainer team will cover User Story Mapping, Design Studio, Impact Mapping and many more things to accelerate your Product Owner journey.
In addition, the extra day allows to take significantly more time for your questions and cover topics beyond the basics e.g. scaling scrum and the PO role, agile transformation, or how to motivate your team. These extra topics will be selected by the class participants during the training – so take a few moments before joining and think about what you want to learn beyond basic product ownership.
